The Shameless, directed by Konstantin Bojanov, will also be part of the Sofia Film Festival online program. The film was included in the official selection of last year's Cannes Film Festival, and Anasuya Sengupta, the lead actress, won the Best Actress award in the "Un Certain Regard" section.

Once again, the program will include the "Last Chance" selection, featuring critically acclaimed works by renowned filmmakers. Some of the highlights include Minamata starring Johnny Depp, Happy as Lazzaro by Alice Rohrwacher starring Adriano Tardiolo, Berlin Alexanderplatz, and many other must-watch films.
Tickets for the online edition of Sofia Film Festival 2025 will go on pre-sale starting March 7 at neterra.tv/plus. Early buyers who purchase a full online pass will receive a special discounted price. No subscription to the platform is required for ticket purchases.
